- The shipment method varies from supplier to supplier. Suppliers ship UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Freight.

All personal information is kept secure according to our privacy policy, and is not traded, sold, or otherwise given to any third parties without your express permission.
- Returns & Replacements
- Most of TFFT Shopping Suppliers' return policies gives you the opportunity to return products. Read the supplier's return policy under each product before placing an order. To return a product, go to the My Account page and click "My RMA's". Click the order number of the order you wish to return. You will see a link to "Request an RMA", located on the left side of the page. Click the link and follow resulting instructions to begin the RMA process.

- You will also be able to track the progress of your return through the RMA status displayed on the order status page. Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return instructions provided for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping costs, in accordance with the supplier's return policy. (Refund may take up to 2 weeks after product has been received by supplier.)
Please do not attempt to return any product without going through the RMA process. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Ordering - Viewing Orders
- To view your order history, you can "log in" to you r account and view your order history there. You may also cancel an order before it is shipped from your order history.
- Updating Account Information
- You may update your account information by clicking on the "log in" link at the top right of every page. In your account page you can view and change billing, contact, shipping address, primary address and any information concerning your account.
- With Paypal being such a great payment gateway and with so many users now on the portal, it gives me great pleasure to announce that we are now integrated with Paypal - allowing you to place your order using your existing PayPal account. read more
